For this Instagram video, Go Green does some core work to get back in the groove after Labor Day. The routine includes five sets of nine toe-to-bars, 10-second hanging L-sit holds, 30 seconds of Russian twists with a medicine ball, 30 seconds of bicycles, and 10 Superman push-ups. This combination is a great way to target your obliques as well as your lower and transverse abdominals.

A toned core is one of the most common goals for people in the gym, and the core work Go Green does here is a great way to built up your abdominal muscles. If you are looking to sculpt your center, cardio is just as important as exercises like this. You cannot target body fat, you can only decrease it overall. This routine combined with core work exercises and a proper diet will give you the flat stomach you have been working toward.
