GO Green Fit: Intensity Level

This workout video from gogreen2nd combines three rigorous and efficient exercises in a 15-minute set where the goal is to maintain the same intensity level throughout. He starts with 20 seconds of max push presses and follows those up with 20 seconds of max toe-to-bars. And for his third exercises, he does a 20-second set of max ring dips.

Maintaining your intensity level throughout a workout is a strenuous and painful goal to have when exercising. But by keeping your intensity level the same during each set, you’re able to build strength quickly and easily gauge your progress and power. Go Green reached a killer amount of 185 reps.
