Rodiney Santiago’s swim line for Rufskin aptly named Ruf.Rod, has released the campaign for its new swimwear. This is the latest product of the successful collaboration between the popular model and the underwear brand. The new campaign features Rodiney Santiago modeling in a series of swim briefs and shorts against a white background.
The collaboration began when the Brazilian model wanted to design swimwear that reflected his home culture. “This collection of swimwear, called ‘sungas’ in Brazil, includes solid color blocks, mesh and patterns with a color palette chosen by me and Ruskin designer Hubert Pouches,” said Santiago of his debut collection. You might recall The Underwear Expert’s exclusive coverage of the Ruf.Rod launch party back in July, at which industry leaders and models such as Pablo Hernandez were in attendance.
Ruf.Rod’s new swimwear collection is looking as sharp as ever. Santiago has certainly not lost any of his charm or chiseled features since the last time we saw him. The new swim range comes just in time to draw attention to the collaboration for the end of summer; we’ll for sure be looking to try on Santiago’s Ruf.Rod swimwear while the beaches are still hot and packed. Will you?
