Jack Mackenroth, the Project Runway competitor-turned-model, shows off the shape he’s gotten himself into for the upcoming US Masters Nationals. That’s right, he’s also a competitive swimmer, and a visible advocate for a healthy, HIV-positive lifestyle, with a new calendar out for amfAR. Maybe most importantly, he looks great in a pair of Piss & Vinegar briefs.
Jack says, “I actually won a pair of Piss & Vinegar underwear at a party about a year ago and I loved them. The owner of the brand offered to send me a bunch so I told him if he did I would try to shoot in them. They fit amazingly well–especially if you have a lot of junk in the trunk.
Jack had this to say of West Phillips, the talented photographer who captured him in his element: “Well we connected via Facebook and I liked his work. I have a place in South Beach and we happened to be in the same place at the same time so it worked out perfectly. Plus I liked his vibe–easy breezy. It all came together perfectly.”
Jack’s wearing the black DIRTY Low Rise, Big Bang jock, and the Sex Drugs Rock n Roll brief. In some of these photos Jack’s not wearing Piss & Vinegar, but Speedo competitive swim suits — it seems Jack is serious about his strokes, after all.
