The 2(X)IST Spring/Summer 2015 Fashion Show

123-1

Last night, mega men’s underwear brand 2(X)IST presented their Spring/Summer 2015 fashion show to the world. Naturally, The Underwear Expert was there at the gorgeous Skylight Modern to sit front row and center, get the best view of this bright new collection, and cover all the excitement.

Based in New York City, 2(X)IST is mostly inspired by the environment that surrounds them. From the vivid lights of Times Square to the graffiti found in the subways, Creative Director Jason Scarlatti is heavily influenced by the sights and sounds of his city. However, this year he took a different approach to the collection by incorporating tropical designs from his travels. This year was all about an impeccable fit, vivid and vivacious floral prints — as well as fabrics that can be layered together from across all the lines including underwear, swimwear, and athletic-wear. In one sentence the collection is defined as, “styles that define your originality and inspire you 2(X)IST.”

Many of the recognizable models, such as André Ziehe, Thor Burlow, Saville Dorfman, Emilio Flores and Miguel Iglesias, rocked the brand down the runway.
