Underwear Models Grow the Four Stages of Movember

Move over October, it’s time for Movember! November marks the month where men around the world retire their shaving kits to the back of the bathroom cabinet so they can grown their manliest beards.

Since 1999, Movember has grown quicker then less fortunate guys’ beards as a month where awareness is raised for prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. Come November 1st, guys hack off whatever they already have growing on their faces so they can cultivate a “Mo” for the next 30 days. They will take a picture of their baby faces and snap another pic at the end of the month to compare their beards with other participants.

With 14 years of this social phenomenon happening, many companies have joined in on the cause in different ways. Some sponsor men’s beard growing efforts by raising money. Other companies such as Quicksilver and Toms have helped in the cause by creating special edition items that help the various causes. The official website, Movember.com puts a face on men’s health issues.

The Underwear Expert is putting its own faces on men’s health issues by presenting the four phases of growing a gnarly beard, using what we know best, underwear models. In the slide show below you will see the models transition from fresh faces to one hell of a beard!

So my fellow Mo’s, ready, set, grow! Will you join in on putting a face on men’s issues? Let us know by commenting below or tweeting @underwearexpert.
