Emporio Armani is a label of high-end, luxury fashion clothing under the Giorgio Armani brand, founded in 1975. Emporio Armani is the only Giorgio Armani line that is mainly designed by Armani himself and has a spotlight at Milan fashion week every year.

In 1982, Giorgio Armani launched the worldwide campaign of Emporio Armani Underwear and Swimwear collections for men and women. The brand later introduced the Emporio Armani Underwear collection to the United States market in 2007.

“In the past, the marketplace has been dominated by American brands,” Giorgio Armani, one of the most celebrated and influential designers from Italy, said in a statement. “With my Emporio Armani Underwear collection, I am looking forward to giving customers a different perspective based upon my point of view of design, fabrication and fit.”
