International icon David Beckham teamed with H&M to make the David Beckham Bodywear for H&M range available to millions of fans globally. This long-term partnership allows Beckham to produce and exclusively sell his men’s underwear collection to 1,800 H&M stores in 40 countries worldwide. The David Beckham Underwear line launched to coincide with Valentine’s Day 2012.
Designed by Beckham’s in-house team, the David Beckham Underwear line focuses on fit, function, comfort, longevity and design to present a range of new classics. The collection provides quality products positioned to set a new standard in men’s underwear for the 21st century. The collection avoids overt branding and features minimal waistband designs.
The David Beckham Bodywear for H&M collection presents key products that will form the core of the line. The collection, available in black, white and grey, includes:
Made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane, Beckham Underwear is offered individually or as a 3-pack. The collection will develop seasonally with new colors, styles, fabrics and patterns.
“Working with a team has always been a key part of my life and I found that to be the same when developing this range,” Beckham, said in a statement. “Collectively with my design team, we spent time working on the feel, fit and style to ensure the product is not only something I would wear but one which I would be proud to put my name to. I always want to challenge myself and this was such a rewarding experience for me. I’m very happy with the end result.”
