For a great upper body and arm workout, go for a kayak! Rent one for a few hours and explore some areas only accessible by boat. If you’ve never been kayaking before, you’ll be surprised by how good of a workout it is. Paddling left, right, left, right and making speed against the wind will give those arms a pump they love. This Kayak Arm Workout will leave you sore the next day, but unable to wait until you can go out kayaking again!

Technically, when kayaking, you never have to get in the water except perhaps to push it off the shore. But on a nice day, we can bring out the snorkeling gear too and jump into the water near a secluded, ocean-access cove.
