The great thing about working out is that it can be done anywhere, anytime. All you need is a little motivation and the appropriate apparel and you’re set. We’ve gathered a list of some home bodyweight driven workouts that you can do without any equipment in the comfort of your personal space. Additionally, we’ve paired them with athletic and performance underwear so you can get into shape and do it in comfort.
Plank Jacks: From a high plank position and holding your core tight, jump your feet apart and then back together in a horizontal jumping jacks manner. Try it in the Xtremen Sports Boxer with Decorative Stitching.
Inchworm: Begin standings and bend at the waist, placing your hands on the ground. Walk your hands out in front to a full plank position, and then walk your hands back toward your feet to stand back up. Do this workout in the Carbon Short from Mojo Downunder.
Wide Mountain Climbers: In a high plank position, bring one foot forward so that you are in a deep lunge. Then jump and alternated the lunge with your hands still firmly on the ground. Classic Burpee: Start standing with feel hip distance apart. Jump up and then drop to the floor into a plank position. Then do a push-up and jump back up to standing position. Repeat the burpees for continued reps in the Mack Weldon Silver Boxer Brief.
