Whether you’re prepping for a last-minute pool party or a promising date night, workout sessions that target your vanity muscles are a must. When it comes to bulking up your chest, a classic bench press will never go out of style. It’s an oldie but a goodie, and one of the best for that matter. Go for heavy sets and a lower number of reps. By all means warm up with something lighter, but aim to be sore. The position allows you to muster a good amount of power. Push your limits and pump your chest.
The Workout: Swiss Ball Crunches
This is an improved version of the classic sit-up. Lie your lower back on your exercise ball, place your feet shoulder-width apart and place your arms behind your head or across your chest. After that, proceed to do an ab crunch with a great range of motion to tackle all six.

Similar to your chose ab workout, this bicep move allows for a greater range of motion and a fuller swell when you leave the gym. Position yourself on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand. The Workout: Explosive Lunges
Squats and explosive lunges will both target your glutes, which we consider a vanity muscle, because who doesn’t appreciate a sculpted bum? The move is simple enough. Perform a normal lunge but jump up when switching legs. The switch happens mid air and should leave you sore rather quickly.
