Who knows how to do Gay Pride 2015 better than underwear models? We almost always catch them wearing little-to-no clothing, and always with a body that’s made to be exposed. Andrew Christian models, such as Pablo Hernandez, Topher DiMaggio, and Murray Swanby are of course among the chiseled models taking part in all the out and proud parties – no surprise there. But what may come as a surprise is that bare skin is trumping rainbows for Gay Pride 2015.
Gay Pride 2015 is like a second, month-long Halloween. It’s the perfect excuse to go out on the town in your sexiest, most provocative looks. There’s no better time to break out the glitter, the mesh, and your best gonna-get-laid underwear. Leaving the shirt at home is also a fair option. If you’ve kept an eye on your favorite underwear models’ Instagrams, you’ll notice shirts were seldom seen this month. But there were still tops in sight, most of them wearing tank tops. (Get it?)
Lean and sexy thirst quencher Mark MacKillop was a cast member for this year’s Broadway Bares burlesque-themed show. He is both a model and a dancer, after all. For those out of the closet and not in-the-know, Broadway Bares is organized by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and supports the fight against HIV/AIDS. Mark posted multiple pics of the event on Instagram. In one he wears nothing but boots and covers his junk with a hat. In another he’s in a line-up of asses, all wearing revealing underwear.
Chris Marchant’s plans for Gay Pride 2015 also came with a built-in cause. Chris Marchant and the other players from the Well-Strung quartet performed at The Trevor Project’s TrevorLIVE event in New York on June 15 for Gay Pride 2015. Sir Ian McKellen was a guest of honor, and the recipient of the Trevor Hero Award. The four Well-Strung of course took a pic with him, and all five gents were all smiles.
In other Gay Pride 2015 news, Colby Melvin made a rainbow flag for his own brand, SOAR, which he recently co-founded with his boyfriend. And Jason Wimberly wore some perfectly short denim cutoffs and partied with Tosh Yanez and Frank Mentier at LA Pride.
Have you been lucky enough to run into any underwear models at your Gay Pride 2015 events? If you could choose, which underwear model would you spend your Gay Pride 2015 with? Let us know in the comments below, or by tweeting us @underwearexpert.
