GO Green Fit: Upper Body Strength

This routine by Go Green puts in the work for your upper body. The exercises he does work on building upper body strength and include clapping push-ups, back squats, and chest-to-bar pull-ups. And to really get a sense of how much hard work Go Green puts in at the gym, this is only the second part his workout.

Go Green claims that the clapping push-ups were killer after the fourth set. If you’ve never done clapping push-ups, you can still imagine they burn the more times your catch your weight. If you’re looking to increase your upper body strength, go for small, powerful reps like Go Green does. Take your times really lets you focus on your muscles and moving them properly to maximize your workout.
