Rowing, kettlebell swings and burpees are all great exercises for muscle toning. All of them increase strength and build muscle while scoring you cardio points, especially with the rowing. This routine lasts 20 minutes and is done EMOM. The even minutes are spent doing a 17 cal row, with the odd minutes spent on six kettlebell swings and six burpees.

Rowing is an awesome exercise for toning your core. In the video, notice how far back Go Green extends during his row. And then when he slides forward, notice how his back does not arch or bend. It only straightens out. The other two exercises included here are powerful too, and get top marks for also burning fat while building muscle.
