Go Green demonstrates one hell of an intense workout of the day in this Instagram video. He combines a total of seven different exercises, not including a calorie row warm-up and an option ‘extra credit’ cool down. By the end of his gym session, Go Green has put in a great deal of work and will be feeling results all over his body.
The hang power snatch is the most difficult exercise in the routine. Those and the chest-to-bar pull-ups require the most strength and, compared to the other movements in the workout, will add the most muscle. He adds on bar muscle-ups and double unders for the extra credit.
