GO Green Fit: Burpee Broad Jumps

Andrew Christian Wrestling Singlet

There is a lot of variety in this exercise routine. Go Green first focuses on strength training. Then between sets, he rows 500 meters, does 10 burpee broad jumps, and 15 goblet squats. The sets definitely keep him on his toes while working several different areas and muscle groups. This is great routine if you’re looking to improve your overall fitness and build strength.

The burpee broad jumps are probably the best exercise included in this routine. They require no equipment and can tone your core effectively and quickly. That being said, they are still a difficult exercises to perform properly. In the video, you can see that Go Green sets up cones to gauge his jumping distance. This is a good idea if you are new to plyometrics and want to get a sense of your ability level.
