Go Green’s workout in this Instagram vid consists of 7 burpee box jumps, 7 muscle-ups, and a two, 15-foot-high rope climbs. He does this lineup for four different sets. Needless to say, it is impossible to avoid exhaustion while doing this. And there are no shortcuts, either. If you do not have the rings to execute a muscle-up, Go Green recommends substituting chest-to-bar pull-ups.
All three of the exercises included in this video help to tone your entire body while also focusing on specific muscle groups. The burpee box jumps though will do the most toning. By themselves, burpees build muscle and elevate your heart rate to add in cardio. Adding in a box for you to jump over will increase both of these effects.
