If shredding body fat is one of your main goals, then tabata is going to be one of your favorite things. In this video, Jason Wimberly shows us a routine that combines jumping jacks, bunny hops, and lateral jumps. Each one is given a 20-second set, broken up by 10-seconds of rest. This kind of interval is what tabata is all about.
Tabata is a great way to go about your cardio. Whether it is a routine like Jason’s, or tabata sprints done on a treadmill, tabata elevates your heart rate super quickly and will easily get you to break a sweat. And like Jason says in the video, this can be your entire gym routine, or a powerful addition to what you’re already used to doing.
