In this Instagram video, Go Green demonstrates a basic squat snatch. You want to start with your feet under your hips. This is common in many Olympic lifts, and it allows for an explosion motion. If you do a lot of heavy lifting, or have a toned core, you know that hip flexors are the key to opening up a lot of strength and utilizing the proper muscles in several exercises.
No matter what kind of snatch you do, you want to get the progression of movements down to the point where they feel like second nature. A lot of heavy lifts look difficult to do, but the weight should always move smoothly. When lifts like the squat snatch are done properly, the movement is fluid throughout.
