Go Green demonstrates an exercise combination that is great for quick conditioning in this Instagram vid. He combines ten burpees and ten hang power cleans. As a power lift, hang power cleans are great at toning your entire body and building strength. Burpees are also, of course, a great way to condition your body and get your heart rate up.

If you are pressed for time and unwilling to skip a day of exercise, some quick conditioning could be the ideal way for you to stay active. In the video, the set takes Go Green 2 minutes and 46 seconds.
