This Instagram video from Go Green shows us a set of exercises that is all about performance. In the sets, he does chest-to-bar pull-ups and double unders. He goes for three round with three minutes of rest between. Because this set is all about performance though, Go Green focuses on coordination and form.
Performance should always be a priority, but when it is a goal, you are typically trying to perform exercises both quickly and efficiently. Double unders are common additions to crossfit routines for this reason because they require a lot of focus and little strength. Chest-to-bars obviously will require you to use more muscles. But when watching the video, take note of Go Green’s form and speed.
