GO Green Fit: Conditioning

This is another routine by gogreen2nd that has a lot of variety is great for toning and conditioning your body. In the workout, he mixes burpees, muscle-ups, toe-to-bars, and snatches. We have seen him perform all four of these exercises before, but even he admits this routine was more intense than he imagined it would be. The combination of these four movements is meant to be intense and efficient at conditioning.

Snatches are a power lift that targets a lot of muscles in your body. Because of this, it is great at toning your overall form. Of course, if conditioning is what brings you to the gym, then you also want to be burning calories. Burpees are awesome at burning calories and ideal for conditioning no matter your fitness goal. You can also do them anywhere. Toe-to-bars are also great at conditioning in that they target multiple areas. Of course, their main focus is your abs. And finally, muscle-ups round out this routine by hitting your upper body.
