The ES Collection THAI 2014 Swimwear Campaign will take you on a pilgrimage through color, biota and fashion—and trust us, it’s a trip we’d take again!
Shot on the beaches of Khao Lak and the Similan Islands of Thailand, an Elysian nirvana of unrivaled splendor, for over 11 days the ES Collection team worked around the clock to produce the gorgeous images for the ES Collection THAI campaign. History was made: It would be the first time the company did a photo shoot outside of Spain. Surrounded by the majesty of native wildlife like the Asian elephant, male models Jacob Covadlo, Roman Dawidoff and Gabor Hegyi captured the spirit of awe and meditation that the country and its inhabitants inspire.
“The swimwear collection that ES Collection is launching in 2014 is probably the most elaborate and original until now,” says ES Collection Product Manager, Eduardo Suñer in a press release. “The material and fibers used, and new high-quality overlays, such as elegant yet innovative designs and colors, are just some of the things you will find. We are extremely satisfied and proud of the result, and I am sure people will love it.”
ES Collection models like the slightly pensive Jacob Covadlo, the charming Roman Dawidoff and the sultry Gabor Hegyi, seem to prove Suñer right as they paddle their canoe, swing on bamboo trees, fiddle outside Royal Thames Yacht boats, and play under the waterfalls. It’s truly a place beyond even your wildest dreams, and the photos condense the magic and the majesty of Thailand. With the help of the models (not to mention the ES Collection THAI collection), photographer Joan Cristol also establishes a raw sensuality and hyper-masculinity in every shot of the campaign, delivering a poetic feel. We can’t wait for what 2014 has in store.
ES Collection THAI is available in XS-XL.
