Nasty Pig updates its collection of core jockstraps with two new colors for the spring season. Currently available, the Nasty Pig core jockstrap ($20) now includes red and yellow in addition to the brand’s standard series of white and black.
Nasty Pig’s collection of core jockstraps is one of the brand’s most popular styles, “so adding colors to the lineup seemed like a natural, next step,” said David Lauterstein, co-founder and CEO of Nasty Pig. “Primary colors like red and yellow have always been popular with our customers and we knew they’d be hot for this style.”
While the black and white color choices for the jockstrap range remain an ideal option for everyday wear, the new colors add some extra pop. “We’re really pleased with the shades of red and yellow we chose for these garments,” said Lauterstein. “They’re not quite the industry standard, 1000-Watt take on these colors. They’re a little dirtier than usual…just the way we like it.”
Similar to the brand’s other collections of jockstraps, the core range is made from a fabric blend of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. “The Nasty Pig jockstrap is made from a solid, very high-quality cotton and spandex blend that has a great [feel],” said Lauterstein. “It feels solid when you put it on but it’s also so comfortable you won’t want to take it off.”
The Nasty Pig core jockstrap is available in S-XL.
