Tommy John introduces its latest collection, which offers a new smart fabric technology. Currently available, the Tommy John Cool Cotton collection, which consists of undershirts and underwear, is made from 86% pima cotton and 14% spandex, which is extremely lightweight and silky soft.
The Tommy John Cool Cotton range underwent a technology that uses a special cooling process to the absorption capacity of the fabric. This method also ensures that moisture is transferred to the surface of the fabric where it can easily and rapidly evaporate. The wicking and evaporation of sweat and excess moisture help to keep you dry, cool and comfortable throughout the day.
Additionally, the Cool Cotton range underwent a unique finishing process that cleans away the fuzzy surface fibers that eventually cause pilling. This means that wash after wash your garment stays looking good as new, allowing you to continue wearing it for a very long time.
“We are excited to offer what I think is the perfect formula for smart fabric technology to apply to men’s cotton blend underwear as it has been a two-year process to bring this to market,” said Tom Patterson, founder of Tommy John. “We wanted to give customers what we feel speaks to their problems in ways other brands have not by providing a solution no one else does in cotton undergarments.”
The Cool Cotton Quick Draw Underwear range is available in three styles: Brief ($27), Trunk ($29) and Boxer Brief ($31). The Cool Cotton Stay Tucked Undershirts are available in four styles: Tank Top ($35), Crew Neck ($40) High V-neck ($40) and Deep V-neck ($40).
Incorporating its’ patent pending Tailored Stretch Technology, Tommy John undershirts combine stretch fabric, longer length and a tailored cut design, allowing them to comfortably hug the torso, stay tucked in place and easily move with the body.
The Tommy John Cool Cotton collection is available in S-XXL.
