Gregg Homme has unleashed a new video for its 2012 Fall/Winter campaign. The paranoia inducing footage is some of the most intense underwear advertising we’ve seen in a while. You might remember the teaser Gregg Homme video posted on The Underwear Expert in October. The teaser depicts a model in a frantic video that mixes stop-motion into the shots for an eerie, discomforting taste that made us crave more.
The full video takes those concepts and pushes them further. The result is a campaign unlike anything we’ve seen from other brands. The Canadian based company mixes black and white shots with color, in a video that seems almost schizophrenic in composition. The video has a powerful effect and piques the viewers interest in the brand’s fall/winter lines.
Gregg Homme is a company that celebrates men who are comfortable with themselves and their style. The brand attempts to create designs that are appealing, create controversy and blur the lines of traditional underwear categories. The fall/winter Gregg Homme video is a bold statement on these central focuses of the company.
