C-IN2 updates its Grip collection, which launched earlier this year, with a new color. Available late October, the C-IN2 Grip range will soon be offered in charcoal grey.
Released last spring, the C-IN2 Grip range features a high performance moisture transport that transfers perspiration from the inside to the outside of the garment. Made from 96% cotton and 4% spandex, the collection utilizes a special treatment on the inner layer of cotton that transfers moisture.
According to C-IN2, the absorbency of cotton can be significantly reduced with TransDRY technology, resulting in faster drying performance. Cotton fabrics treated with this technology can be engineered to show a 2000% improvement in one-way transfer of perspiration to the outside of the fabric over untreated cotton and leading synthetics.
“The Grip fabric pulls out wetness and dries faster on the inside than most fabrics and is more comfortable than polyester,” Gregory Sovell, creative director of C-IN2, told The Underwear Expert. “The C-IN2 Grip collection is great for all athletic purposes.”
The Grip collection consists of a profile brief ($28), jockstrap ($24), army trunk ($30), compression boxer brief ($35) and long johns ($60). The range also includes a strong-arm T-shirt ($40), crew T-shirt ($50) and long-sleeve crew T-shirt ($60).
In addition to charcoal grey, the C-IN2 Grip collection comes in white and dark navy blue. Similar to the brand’s other collections, the range will feature new colors each season.
The C-IN2 Grip collection is available in XS-XL.
