Mario Lopez and Mad Projects Industries LLC, veterans of the men’s apparel industry, release the entertainer’s second underwear brand, MaLo underwear. Currently available, the range features briefs, boxer briefs and crew neck T-shirts in two- or three-pack varieties.
The new collection of MaLo underwear is geared towards a fashion-forward, value-conscious customer. The range emphasizes a simple and sophisticated design while also focusing on comfort and style. MaLo underwear is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex, which offer an exceptional fit and long-lasting comfort. Colors include black, grey and blue with contrasting waistbands and the brand’s signature logo on the front center of the waistband.
“MaLo underwear was born out of the idea that quality and comfort can be made affordable and achievable without sacrificing style,” says Mike Tawil, CEO of Mad Projects Industries. “The designs, from the waistband to the packaging, are intended to speak to a fashion-minded customer, one that particularly understands our mischievousness and sense of humor.”
Lopez considers his second underwear collection a first cousin to Rated M by Mario Lopez, the premium underwear line he launched in partnership with Mad Projects Industries LLC in December 2011. MaLo, which means “bad” in Spanish, creatively incorporates the first two letters of Lopez’s first and last name.
