Pancha Ganapati is a 5-day Hindu celebration honoring Lord Ganesha, the elephant-headed Lord of art, culture, and new beginnings. It’s celebrated from December 21st to the 25th, right alongside Christmas and Hanukkah. The festival also (conveniently) has certain colors which correspond to its five days. We of course based our list of Pancha Ganapati underwear off of those colors.
The five colors used to celebrate Pancha Ganapti are yellow, blue, red, green, and orange — in that order. Because this is a religious celebration, all of our picks are full-coverage underwear styles. Ironically enough, our most appropriate pick of the lot is still the most revealing. We won’t give it away. We will tell you, though, that the recently released Modus Vivendi Buddha Line made our job a little easier.
Will you be celebrating Pancha Ganapati this year? Will you take the road less traveled and wear a langot? Let us know in the comments below, or by tweeting us @underwearexpert.
