Go Green is trying to rebuild his leg strength in this Instagram video. In the vid, he demonstrates reps of front squats on a squat rack. If you do front squats, or want to try them, always perform them with a squat rack just in case you left too much. Front squats are just as effective as back squats, but they are easier on your knees.
If you are looking to build leg strength like Go Green, front squats build muscle quickly when done correctly. Your quads, calves, glutes, and hamstrings will do most of the work. But as front squats are a compound movement, the not only build leg strength but also help with overall fitness.
