GO Green Fit: Single Leg Deadlifts

This workout combination will tone up your backside. In the video, the trainer demonstrates single leg deadlifts and pull-ups. Single leg deadlifts work out your hamstrings more than anything else, but also hit your lower back and glutes. Pull-ups work your lats and biceps, as well as your middle back. Basically, combining these two moves will give you the sexy backside you always wanted.

Single leg deadlifts are performed with kettlebells. When performing single leg deadlifts, you want to stand on one leg, the leg on the same side as the hand with which you are holding the kettlebell. Pull-ups are pretty standard and hard to do incorrectly. But if you want to mix up this routine, try combining single leg deadlifts with a variation of the common pull-up.

What do you think of this combination of exercises. Are single leg deadlifts your preferred way to work your hamstrings? Let us know in the comments below, or by tweeting us @underwearexpert.
