Ice cream makers are a gymnastic exercise that works a lot of different muscle groups, and performing them on rings always places more strain on your body. Ice cream makers can be performed with bars or rings. But if you are new to the movement, then you should start by practicing on a bar. Start by gripping the bar about shoulder-width apart, your palms facing outward. From there you want to pull yourself up so far that your chin is over the bar. And then there comes the most difficult part of the movement where your body is parallel to the floor.
