GO Green Fit: Muscle-Ups, Ring Dips

If you are really trying to have a hardcore gym session that you feel for the next few days, this video should give you a good idea. Our crossfit trainer did 10 sets of strict muscle-ups and strict ring dips before adding a weight to his waist. This work out is intense and almost hurts to just watch, but if you have the will power and motivation to do this exercise, more power to you.

Even without the added weight, these exercises require a good deal of coordination and focus. You will obviously be using your arms a lot for this move, and your upper body will have to play a part as well if you opt for the weight around your waist. Our trainer adds 10-15 pounds, and he is a professional. So if you want to give this workout a try, we suggest starting off with a small weight or no weight at all. It is important to utilize the proper form. Once you have that down, you should be able to add the extra weight and earn those extra results.
