GO Green Fit: Pull-Ups, Push-Ups and Sit-Ups

Toning your stomach is maybe one of the most difficult things to do if you’re trying to get in shape. And while pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups are both exercises we have been accustomed to since grade school, you’ve never seen them done like this before. Our trainer is back and this time he is focusing on his abs. This exercise routine has three parts: pull-ups, then push-ups followed by sit-ups.  The pull, push and sit are done back to back to keep you in motion and the keep the burn going. In the video, the trainer does 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 sit-ups.

Watch the video and see how smoothly he transitions from the pull-ups to the sit-ups. After doing 12 sets of this, your body is going to be supremely sore. You’ll hate it and love it at the same time, like any workout worth its time and effort. This combination is a killer. Try each move separately and start stringing them together. See how much more difficult it is and how much of it you can handle.
