How To Change Your Underwear Club Options

Our Underwear Club is off to a great start and we’ve spent the past few months refining our operations and building out our technology and inventory. Some of the most requested features went live last week and we are excited to announce that after months of development and testing, we’ve released multiple features so you can change all of your preferences in your underwear subscription. This will enable you to change your size and rise, as well as options that affect the price, such as styles, colors, # of pairs and how often.

All of this is available via the MY ACCOUNT section. After logging in, simply locate your active subscription and click on “Change” to modify your options. Should your subscription be inactive, you also have the options to fix a failed credit card or restart a subscription that was cancelled.

CHANGE STYLES, COLORS, # OF PAIRS AND HOW OFTEN

This takes you through the selection wizard that you filled out when joining the Underwear Club. To update your choices, click the item you would like to change (ie “Colors”) or click “Styles” to start over from the beginning. After filling out the options, you will be directed to the payment page. Your existing subscription will be cancelled and switched to a new one with your updated preferences. All of your subscription history will be kept, so we will still know what we sent you and any feedback you’ve provided.

Update your size by clicking your waist size from the drop down.

Update your rise by clicking the check boxes. You may select one or both rise options.

To change the credit card on file, click “Change Payment Method”.

If your order is on hold due to an expired credit card or any other credit card issue, simply click on “Pay” to add a new card and release the order from the “On Hold” status.

To change your billing and or shipping address for new shipments, click on “Change Address”.
