Review: Hammak Boxer Brief

Hammak Boxer Brief

Item reviewed: Hammak Boxer Brief – White

About the product: The Hammak Boxer Brief in white is made from a blend of 95% viscose and 5% elastane. It has a closed front pouch with stitching that runs down the center. The Hammak Boxer Brief features a thick, camouflage elastic waistband, with a tiny white tag featuring the brand’s logo in black lettering. There is also a small, functional pocket on the top of the left leg opening near the waistband.

What we like: This Hammak Boxer Brief is fun and functional with a classic, masculine design. Despite the leg openings being on the longer side, they did not ride or bunch up throughout the day – a huge plus in our book! The small pocket adds to the excitement of wearing these briefs, which can fit a few dollar bills, some backup “protection,” or any other hidden treasures! The Hammak Boxer Brief offers the boxer brief a nice mix of style and practicality. The material is also remarkably soft and silky.

What we don’t like: After wearing the Hammak Boxer Brief two or three times, the fabric begins to pill on the front of the leg openings and the inside of the crotch. And we hate having to deal with pilling!

When we’d wear them: Every. Single. Day. No, seriously! These boxer briefs are some of the softest and most comfortable that we’ve reviewed to date, and can be worn for any occasion – at the office, to the gym, or on a date.

Who we’d recommend them to: A practical, no-frills-necessary kind of guy. Someone that is ready to ditch the cheap, 5-pack of briefs from their local department store and fall in love with a new, everyday wardrobe staple. A frat bro with a knack for the finer things in life.

In three words: Awesome. Subtle. Necessary.
