You want to use a heavy amount of weight when focusing on precision and speed for any form of lifting. Lifting something too light will not require enough energy on your part, physically or mentally. By lifting a heavy amount, Go Green is better able to condition his muscles and build strength. The goal is still to focus on the speed of the barbell, as well as keeping the proper form and posture.
