In this Instagram video, Go Green demonstrates hang ups by using Spyder Boots. The motion is essentially an upside down sit up, one that targets those hard-to-reach lower abs. Also commonly referred to as teeter hang ups, this exercise requires a lot of power to pull off, not just from your abs, but your hip flexors as well.
This is still not difficult enough for Go Green though. To increase the resistance and enhance his results, he performs the hang ups while holding a weight about his head. In order to perform hang ups properly, try to use as little momentum as possible. The less momentum you use to complete the movement, the more work your muscles will have to do.
