Go Green gets down to some serious strength training in this Instagram video. He demonstrates the proper form for clean pulls and cleans, two exercises that will test your strength and get your entire body feeling some of the burn.
For the clean pulls, most of the power will come from your quadriceps. For cleans, most of the power will come from your hamstrings. Like several power lifts, these two moves can target multiple areas when done correctly. Focus on your hips during the lift portion of each motion. Think of them as a hinge and feel the pull in your core. If you do, then you are also working your lower back, forearms, glutes, shoulders, and more.
