In this Instagram video, Go Green demonstrates weighted sit-ups. He holds 88 lbs. on kettlebells and goes for four sets of ten reps. The motion itself obviously utilizes the abdominal muscles the most, and the extra resistance only makes the move more difficult and more effective.
You can see in the video that Go Green has a slow and precise movement to each motion. This allows him to make sure that his abs are doing the most work.
