GO Green Fit: Wall Balls, Bar Muscle-Ups

The duo of exercises that Go Green demonstrates in this Instagram vid are done quickly and will wear you out. For five sets, he does 20 wall balls reps and 5 bar muscle-ups. Only two minutes of rest are allowed, making this routine one that gets more and more difficult as you go. Both wall balls and bar muscle-ups are good for total body conditioning. Both require some agility and strength to pull off with finesse.
