Strength conditioning, because it tones your body and builds muscle, is great when looking to make your workout quick and effective. What makes these three exercises work your entire body is their compound movements.
Because they require no equipment, the burpees are the best thing you can take away from this demo. They are a killer exercise with a ridiculous name, but the burn will garner serious results. The muscle-ups are the most advance of the three exercises. Graduating to the rings is a big step that will be easier if you have a built upper body.
