GO Green Fit: Extensive Workout

Once again, Go Green isn’t messing around in this Instagram vid. His intense and extensive workout combines walking lunges and alternating pistols and other pulse kickers. The workout is done EMOM, the even minutes being spent on eight kettlebell swings and six alternating pistols. Eight toes-to-bars and six handstand push-ups are done on the odd minutes. But there is more to this routine.

He goes on to do 10 pull-ups, 10 walking lunges, and 20 double unders for time. His score was an impressive 9:50. It goes without saying that this exercise will work your entire body, burn fat, build muscle, and certainly cause you to break a sweat. If you think this routine is too much to handle, try breaking it up in half. Or, you can always pick and choose an exercise to try. This extensive workout has plenty to steal from.
