The routine demonstrated by Go Green in this Instagram video shows us a bounty of hardcore and effective exercises to do when building strength. And while each of the exercises Go Green does is effective in its own right, the combinations and variety that they bring this set make this routine a killer one. So if you are looking to have an intense workout, just try and keep up with Go Green’s routine.

When building strength, it is important to work your entire body and not just the muscles you want to be bigger or stronger. By paying attention to your entire body, your form will improve for any exercise that you do and you will see results more and more quickly. If building strength is your main goal at the gym, be aware of how much you are lifting and take not of when reps become easier. If you can easily do more than 8 reps, it is time to increase weight.
