But variation is key to getting fit, and there are alternatives to sit-ups that will tone your core and give you closer to those abs you’ve been trying for. The video below is from Jason’s new Wimberlean DVD, and while he makes his no-sit-up ab workout look easy, it gets pretty difficult with each set.
Watching Jason’s six pack routine, you can see how his core is constantly engaged. Throughout the video, he gives pointers too that prevent you from taking the burn away from where you want it — you core. You can tell Jason starts to get winded, but his form is always on point. And if you want those six pack abs, your form will have to be spot on too.
