The key to good posture is a strong upper back. Jason Wimberly has a gorgeous, muscular back. It helps keep his posture correct. That, and his #WIMBERBAND.

Posture is a simple thing that can do wonders for your body. So many people live their day-in-day-out with a slouch in their backs. But proper posture not only makes you look thinner instantly, it also promotes better breathing, reduces risk of injury, and increases fat-burning hormones in your body. In addition to this little metabolism kick, good posture can also increase brain function. Most likely because good posture requires to at least be aware of how your body is positioned.

If you own a #WIMBERBAND, work your upper back by stepping into a wide turned out position. With the band wrapped around the center of your fist, pull into an upright row. While doing this, squat in a turned out position. Then, raise the band over your head stretching it as you do. Stand on your toes to keep balanced. To end the rep, come down in the turned out squat and pull the row in.
