Go Green demonstrates jumping pistols in this video as a way to top off a workout. He also does handstand push-ups and hollow rocks. Going for a total of three sets, Go Green spends 45 seconds doing each exercise with 15 seconds of rest between them. All three are more strength based and, when combined, make for a quick total body routine.
Jumping pistols are done the same way as a pistol squat, but with a small jump between reps. The jump adds a bit of difficulty and will elevate your heart rate more quickly than a pistol squat would. But the most important thing to take away from the video is how Go Green takes his time with each jumping pistol rep. Notice how his feet are firmly planted on the ground before descending into the squat portion of the motion.
