Go Green returns to olympic power lifting in this video where he demonstrates reps of hang snatches. The hang snatch is an intense move that can nearly tone your entire body. In the video though, you see Go Green struggling to catch the bar. He only allows himself to miss two reps, and is working up 225 lbs. He works up to 185 lbs. in the Instagram video.
