This Instagram video shows Go Green demonstrating another EMOM set. The set lasts for 20 minutes, with each minuted being spent on three moves, one rep each. First he does a power clean at about 70%. Follow that up with a front squat, and then a jerk. All three moves use the barbell and require a good deal of strength. With just one rep each, you want to maximize this EMOM set by lifting around 70% as well.
Power cleans work a lot of your muscles, including your mid and lower back, triceps, and shoulders. The squat targets your hamstrings, glutes, calves, and quadriceps specifically, but not as much as the power clean does. The jerk rounds out the set by really working your shoulders. With a total of 20 reps each, this EMOM set is more challenging than is sounds. Each minute should be more difficult that the last.
