Go Green gets in some body conditioning with this Instagram video. He goes for eight sets, combining a 300-meter row with eight burpees and a two-minute rest. Both burpees and rowing are great workouts if toning your entire body is a fitness goal of yours. Both exercises elevate your heart rate for your cardio while also testing your strength.

One of the best things to take from this video is Go Green’s form on the rowing machine. Pay attention to his back and how he never slouches. Also watch his stomach and see how the proper posture on the machine works his core. Because rowing can tackle your core, legs, and arms all at once, it is a great way to slim down.
